"Premiere Yacht Charter" is a trading name of Premiere International Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 13943516).

"Charterer" refers to the person or entity booking the yacht charter.

"Yacht Owner" refers to the legal owner or operator of the vessel.

"Charter Agreement" refers to the contract between the Charterer and the Yacht Owner.

2.1. All bookings are subject to yacht availability and confirmation by the Yacht Owner.

2.2. Premiere Yacht Charter acts as an intermediary, connecting Charterers with Yacht Owners.

2.3. The Charter Agreement is between the Charterer and the Yacht Owner. Premiere Yacht Charter facilitates this agreement.

2.4. Pricing shown on the website is indicative. Final pricing is confirmed in the Charter Agreement based on dates, itinerary, and inclusions.

3.1. A deposit is typically required to secure a booking, usually 50% of the total charter fee.

3.2. The balance is typically due 60 days before the charter commencement date.

3.3. For bookings made less than 60 days before departure, full payment may be required at the time of booking.

3.4. Payment methods include bank wire transfer and credit card. Additional fees may apply for card payments.

3.5. All payments are made directly to the Yacht Owner or their appointed agent as specified in the Charter Agreement.

4.1. Cancellation terms vary by yacht and are specified in each Charter Agreement.

4.2. Generally, cancellations made more than 60 days before departure may forfeit the deposit.

4.3. Cancellations made 30-60 days before departure may forfeit 50-75% of the total charter fee.

4.4. Cancellations made less than 30 days before departure may forfeit 100% of the total charter fee.

4.5. We strongly recommend that Charterers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation risks.

5.1. The charter fee typically includes:

• Hire of the yacht with full equipment
• Professional crew (captain and crew members)
• Standard yacht insurance
• Linen and towels

5.2. The charter fee typically excludes (Advanced Provisioning Allowance - APA):

• Fuel for the yacht and tenders
• Food and beverages
• Port fees and mooring charges
• Communications
• Personal laundry
• Gratuities for crew (typically 10-20% of charter fee)

5.3. Exact inclusions and exclusions are specified in each Charter Agreement.

6.1. The proposed itinerary is subject to weather conditions and port availability.

6.2. The captain has final authority regarding route changes for safety reasons.

6.3. Requests for itinerary changes should be communicated to the captain and Premiere Yacht Charter as soon as possible.

7.1. Premiere Yacht Charter acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the performance of the Yacht Owner or the condition of the yacht.

7.2. The Yacht Owner is responsible for the seaworthiness of the vessel and the conduct of the crew.

7.3. Charterers are responsible for their own travel insurance, including medical coverage and personal belongings.

7.4. Charterers are liable for any damage caused by their negligence or the negligence of their guests.

8.1. Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Adverse weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• War, terrorism, or civil unrest
• Pandemic or epidemic
• Government restrictions or port closures

8.2. In case of force majeure, parties will work together to find a mutually acceptable solution, which may include rescheduling or cancellation with appropriate refunds.

9.1. These terms and the Charter Agreement are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

9.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
